Location and Proximity information:

Located in Marin County, California; in a beautiful undiscovered nook of Marin, is the Los Ranchitos community, a valley tucked into the hills of central San Rafael.  All homes in this neighborhood are classisfied as Agricultural/Residential and sit on 1+acre sites.  The Marin Vista house is located up on a hill, on 1+ acre's , with serene Mtn and Bay Views throughout.  The Marin Vista House is conveniently located to much to do.  Within 5 minutes or less be at Northgate Mall I, II, or III, or go the other way and be in Downtown San Rafael cruising shops and eateries.   Top grocery stores as well as China Camp State Park, and other Open space, and things to do, such as a Multi Activity Park (McInnis).   It takes only 2 minutes to access Hwy 101 (but you wouldn’t know it from the house except for the beautiful lighted views in the distance!), which will you take you directly to all the places you need to go in Marin, and the greater San Francisco Bay Area, with ease.
