 Answers:

1. Home sleeps 11-15 individually by:

  • Bedrooms 1-5 have Queen beds.  (1 person to each Queen bed = 5)

  • 6th Bedroom has 2 Full size beds. (1 person to each Full bed = 2)

  • 7th Bedroom has 1 Full size bed (1 person to each Full bed = 1)

  • 8th Bedroom (Large loft) has 1 Queen size bed and 2 Twins beds (1 person to each bed = 3)

  • Upon request:

    • 4 (Four) fold-a-beds available, always presented dressed and fresh.

    • $55 fee/each, one time fee (1 person to each bed = 4). 

    • If extra person above 20 - fee is $75 each, one time - come s with fold-bed dressed and fresh plus towels set.

  • The home sleeps 20/*22 if mix-and-matching (2 to a bed for most):

    • Bedrooms 1-5 have Queen beds.  (2 person to each Queen bed = 10)

    • 6th Bedroom has 2 Full size beds. (2 person to each Full bed = 4)

    • 7th Bedroom has 1 Full size bed (2 person to each Full bed = 2)

    • 8th Bedroom (Large loft) has 1 Queen size bed and 2 Twins beds (2 person to Queen bed, 1 to each Twin = 4)

    • Upon request: 4 (Four) fold-a-beds available, dressed and fresh, $55 fee/each applies (1 person to each bed = 4). 

      • If extra person above 20 - fee is $75 each (22 persons max at house).

    • Note: Max 22 at house.

 

2. What amenities are provided?    

  • Cookware, dinnerware, fresh sheets, kitchen towels, hand towels, and bath towels.

  • Reading material, books, local activity binder, maps, TV's.

  • Wireless Internet, Cable TV/ HBO

  • General hand soap, Dish-washing Liquid, and laundry detergent for 1-2 loads. Laundry detergent (couple loads)

  • Blow dryer in each of the 3 bathrooms - on wall (3 total).

  • Toilet paper, Paper Towels (initial supply only).

  • NO Shampoo or Conditioner as most prefer their own.

  • Fresh hand and bath towels.

    • If 20 people - 1 bath & 1 hand each.

Audio/Video Available:​

  • Internet Access:  Yes.  Cable internet. Wifii throughout house.  Fast!

  • DVD/VCR players (movie selection available at home)

  • Large Projector Screen, pull down (projector not supplied)

  • TV's:

    • Great Room: Main Floor living area.

      • Vizio 70” 4k TV - New 2020!

    • ​Loft: 

      • ​42" Tv set.  DVD hooked up.

Laundry Machines / Washer-Dryer:

Large load laundry W/D machines are located in the garage along with iron and ironing board. (*detergent not provided)

  • Please Bring signed lease agreement for "resident discount".

  • With Marin Retreat Vacation Lease: $5 Adult, $4 child. (otherwise $10!) 

  • Read here for the most up-to-date rates (Note the fee helps keep the pool from over-crowding and only residents may attend.  The pool is heated in a beautiful valley and complete with life guards,. On weekends there full obstacle course for adults and kids alike. Also, there is a toddler area with water spouts.  Really fun.  Directly across are a few family restaurants.

    • Large awesome adult lap seamless pool.

    • Children's Obstacle set-up during public swim- they love it!

    • Great Toddler/baby area- water feature with spongy surface

    • Life Guards on duty.

    • Child life vests are available at front desk- just ask to use!

    • Warm water temperature!

    • PLUS:

      • Picnic tables, Play structure, Lawn, Basketball courts outside swim area.

      • Grocery, Organic Ice Cream, Grass Fed burgers - all available across the street!

Are pets allowed at the house?

  • No pets allowed (due to allergies of other guests that check-in after group).

  • Pets with Service Dog license are allowed with addition fee of $285. Please note, this is to secure the home is dander free for other guests and additional steaming within 4-hour turnover.

Can I ship my package ahead of time?

Please do not ship to the rental home. We recommend shipping to the nearby FedEx location, 1.5miles from the home’s location

You may not charge it our home as it may cause an outage!! We suggest the following near the home:
