Policies & Seasonal Rates, 2021/2022

Marin Retreat Vista House is a 7+ (large private loft)/3 bath View home that is available year round, nightly, and fully furnished coming with complete amenities to make your stay enjoyable, allowing up to to 20 (*22 w permission).

Notice: Due to Covid: Only Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years is available currently. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Seasonal Rates, 2021/2022 & Extra’s available

Extra's Available  Options: 

Upon request …

• 20 extra Towels: 20 Extra towels can be provided - fee of $75 (to cover delivery/washing/setting out).

• Baby Items: Monitor, Graco crib, high chair - upon request- $45 / fee.

• Four (4) Fold-A-Way beds (up to) can be provided, dressed and fresh - upon request only (Max persons at house is 22).

  • $45 fee for standard fold-beds.

  • $75 for extra thick /wide fold beds.  (38” width x 75”length x 15” thickness)

• House Cleaning:  $45/hour / or Whole house total refresh: $575. (sheets / everything)

Cancellations:

•  Either party may cancel the reservation in writing up to 60 days prior to the arrival date .

• There is a $500 administrative fee if you cancel your reservation in whole or part.

Early/Late Check-out policy:

Please understand, due to last minute bookings, showings, and needed repairs, early or late check-outs cannot be guaranteed until several days before arrival date.

Additional Guest & Visitor policies: 

For liability reasons, and your protection, all guests need to be accounted for when staying at the home. Permission needed by owner for any persons, besides on contract of 20, to be allowed in the home.

An additional trash fee for events with extra people.

• Overnight: Max overnight is 20, up to 22 with permission. Max overnight 22.

  • With permission 22max: Extra 2 persons can be added.

    • $65 per extra person/ night (includes fold-a-bed dressed and fresh, towel set).

  • If not exceeding 20 persons, but want different sleeping arrangements, up to 4 fold-a-beds available:

    • 2 Adult fold-a-beds (extra thick mattress), one time fee of $50 each, fresh and dressed always. Includes towel set.

    • 2 kid fold-a-way beds available for rent. One time fee of $35. for each.

• Daytime: 5 extra guest allowed - totaling 25 at house for daytime visiting. Guest visiting hours 12pm-6pm. All guests must be put on contract.

  • No extra guests for overnight unless permitted and on contract. Loss of deposit could result.

• If more than 5 visiting:

  • Addendum to contract as well as liability will have to be modified. 

  • Extra trash/cleaning fee, special permission required.

• Community Swimming Pool (4-6minute drive- beautiful valley- seamless pool with kid area and diving board)

• Projector Screen - 42” pull down for Corporate or other. - Free.                 

• Large Decks, private,  with seating for all and great Views.

• Quality Oneida Silverware, matching white plates, wine glasses, for up to 20 guests!

• Laundry Area - Ironing Board and Iron for use as well.).

• Large Outdoor Common Areas, includes decks, lawns and patio (property on 1+acre).

• Real Bed sizes - Real official size beds of  "Queen", "Full size beds", "Twin beds"(unlike what happens at hotels where only the width requirements are met).  At Marin Retreat, beds are real & toes won't hang off!

• Four (4) Fold-a-way beds provided upon request (fee applies) - always fresh and dressed - Ready to go.  :)

• Parking  - Private driveway & cul-de-sac location - park 7-9 cars! - Free.
